Corporate Training Experience:

Ms. Rivera-Mirabile is an experienced leader with over 25 years of spearheading high impact initiatives in the insurance industry. In recent years, Ms.Rivera-Mirabile has served as a Vice-President in Marketing at Allstate Insurance and was instrumental in leading cross functional integration and execution of customer focused initiatives across the entire enterprise. She is also Business Consultant for Wisdom Work Inc. An experienced trainer, Ms.Rivera-Mirabile has trained entry-level employees up to senior executives across 40 states on customer experience, loyalty metrics, human resources, insurance programs, and employee engagement. As the primary point of contact for 13,000 agency owners for customer experience initiatives she has worked with outstanding business owners to improve business results.

Industry Experience:

Ms. Rivera-Mirabile has held various positions in business in several disciplines. In addition to her professional experience in the insurance industry, which included claims, sales, public relations, human resources and marketing, she has served on numerous non-profit and trade association boards.

Client Experience:

Ms. Rivera-Mirabile has worked with companies in technology, retail, health, recycling and non-profit fields. She was a founding member of the Conference Board’s Customer Experience Council in New York which included numerous Fortune 100 companies across the country. She currently serves as a business counselor for SCORE, Service Corps for Retired Executives, counseling business owners to achieve success in their businesses. She is a member of the El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce and assists with their Career Forum for professionals. She is a longtime coach and mentor for the National Hispanic Corporate Council for their Corporate Executive Development Program.
